Ceasar Pasta Salad

Traditional classic ceasar meets pasta salad. Absolutely gourmet!ceasar-pasta-salad

Serves 4.

* 4 oz. fusili

*1/2 head iceberg lettuce

* 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

* 4 strips of cooked bacon, cooled and cut into 1 inch chunks

* 1 cup ceasar dressing, either bought or homemade

* 2 cups croutons

* Parmesan cheese

Cooked pasta, then rinse with cool water. Let it dry. Meanwhile, wash lettuce, and tear into small pieces. Add pieces to a large bowl, followed by sliced tomatoes. Add pasta to the salad, then cover with the ceasar dressing. Mix until the entire salad is covered in dressing. Add bacon, and croutons. Mix well. Serve into small plates with parmesan cheese grated on top!

Tomato Fusili Pasta Salad

Simple and very aesthetically pleasing, this pasta salad makes a great side dish. simple-pasta-salad

Serves 4.

* 4 oz fusili
* 2 cups whole cherry tomatoes
* 1 celery stalk, chopped
* 2 large dill pickles, sliced
* 1 cup fresh corn kernels, cooked
* 1/2 cup chives, chopped

Cook, drain and cool fusili. Add to large bowl, and mix in all other ingredients. For a dressing, you can try either olive oil and some red wine vinegar, or add a homemade mayonnaise. This is a plain, but very healthy and hearty salad!
